We are looking for PRODUCT SAFETY ENGINEER for our multinational partner to Mór.
(Location: Mór manufacturing unit, 1800 employees)
Support continuous improvement MEQ Quality Deliverables for the assigned manufacturing plants (JIT, OHS, IP-DP, Seat Components)
Main tasks/important responsibilities :
Ensure customer and internally identified quality issues are resolved using the Johnson Controls problem solving methods (8D Report, Problem Solving Document “PSD”, PCAD, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.)
Assure that all Quality activities are performed according BOS-, TS 16 949-, ISO 9000 standards and specific customer requirements
Prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up, verification and release of corrective action
Specific education and training in Quality disciplines including as a minimum QS9000, Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, DOE and SPC
Candidates may have these requirement waived only by the Advanced Quality Manager (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years in Quality area within production environment
Knowledge of the AIAG Quality planning and Control Plan standard, FMEA´s, PPAP´s, Dimensional layouts, gage/fixture design and Performance/Material testing
Manufacturing Quality system experience and customer communication activities
Certification in Quality Engineering a plus. QS9000 certified auditor training desirable
