As a Product Owner for the Automaten brands, you will be responsible for the site development and acting as a stakeholder for all central development teams. You gather, organize and prioritise all stakeholders’ technical requirements and translate them to user stories for the development team.
The role will act as a key liaison between the technical teams within the group, site developers and key stakeholders within the commercial team. The Product Owner will be the final decision maker of initiatives and are responsible for the roadmap both sort- and long term for the Automaten brands. The role reports into the Managing Director of Automaten, and working alongside the designers, UX manager and Casino manager.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gathering requirements, analysing and deciding on what work to proceed with
Work together with designers and the team to create the product strategy of Automaten
Translate requirements and feature request into user stories for the team
Communicate progress to the commercial team and the organization
Roadmap and Release planning
Keeping the customer at heart in all site development
Driving the Automaten interests across the organization for any product-related matters
A relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
Experience of working with scrum or other agile practices
Strong understanding of various technical platforms
Experience within usability or user experience
A proven track record of leading a development team
Ability to take on responsibility and manage deadlines successfully
Strong time management skills and experience of a fast-pace working environment
Excellent communication skills
High degree of accuracy and planning/organization skills
