Product Manager, Product Management and Pricing - Swindon, City, SN3 1TA


We need:

•A Product Manager - New Product Development, Mortgages in our head office in Swindon
•£39,727 - £50,762 a year dependent on experience, on a 9 month, 35 hour a week contract

Who we're looking for

You'll need to:

•Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent
•Have experience of developing proposals and executing plans to challenging deadlines, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
•Have first class relationship building skills and the confidence to communicate at every level, as you'll be working with senior stakeholders from across the business to maximise success through product development
•Be highly proactive and motivated with a keen eye for detail
•Line management experience is essential as a key part of the role is to coach and develop the team of Executive/Assistant Product Managers
What you'll be doing

Working in the New Product Development team as part of Mortgages' Product Management and Pricing, you'll play a key role in the development and delivery of innovative mortgage products to enhance the mortgage portfolio whilst keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do and maximising member value. You will make recommendations up to 'Director' level for both new proposals and to present the results from reviewing existing initiatives, ensuring they meet both our customer needs and corporate targets. You will work with key stakeholders across the business whilst keeping an eye on the market for new opportunities.
