For our Kelly Outsourcing & Consultancy Group (OCG) division, we are looking for a:

OCG Product Lead EMEA

The role

Work with Practice Lead(s) to develop and implement the product's and growth strategies. Product Strategy includes market assessment (including competitor analysis), product goals, messaging and initiatives/enhancements. Responsible for achieving financial targets and ultimately increasing market share for the products. As the Subject Matter Expert, the individual is responsible for providing relevant product information and expertise to Kelly Leadership, Account Management and Operations while leveraging the solution globally. This solution will be executed through operations with support from this role as needed. Therefore the ability to achieve these targets through collaboration with operations and other groups is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for increasing product market share and identifying growth areas. Plan should include but not be limited to: establishing a network to drive and support the product's; assisting in developing approach to penetrate target prospects with COE, COM, Global Solutions; developing the support system for opportunities.
• Work closely with Leadership and Manager regarding decisions that greatly impact product. Examples of such decisions may include pricing decisions when outside target range; solutions design and decisions regarding product representation (employees representing the product); as well as marketing plans/strategies and changes to operational execution; Participate in the establishment of the strategic plan for to achieve budgeted targets for key financial metrics. The strategic plan will establish a variety of items including the vision, growth strategy, value proposition, market analysis, initiatives and enhancement opportunities and key areas of focus within the product that will, together, ultimately increase market share.
• Monitor changing market conditions and competitor activities and develops responsive action plans
• Determine overall market segmentation.
• Maintain and recommend or influence the recommendations to update related solution support materials as applicable.
• Collaboratively work with leadership to support effective customer engagement and to ensure customer expectations are being met. This involvement includes the participation in: RFP/RFI, sales and consulting opportunities, product-relevant events and industry activities.
• Develop global Talent Supply Chain with community to deliver talent to our global customer base. Assist in securing resources necessary to support the delivery which includes the building of product related communities and the identification of strategic partnership or acquisition opportunities.
• Work with channel partners and internal market to ensure technology and processes support ongoing operations and growth of the product.
• Promote KellyOCG as a thought leader in these products and educate the organization on product and product strategy.
• Participate in planning sessions and support new implementations of new programs.
• Work with customers to help implement procurement strategies where applicable.
• Consult with clients on procurement best-practices and operational excellence.
• Build credibility within procurement hierarchy of client-base.
• Coordinate legal reviews of labor law/regulations with legal counsel (US and in country).
• Conduct research to collect and distribute relevant labor law information to programs in the region.
• Act as single point of contact for all labor law queries for the region.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
In What Field of study: Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related experienceMinimum Years Experience Required: 10 years industry experience (contingent workforce management, procurement, sourcing, -consulting etc)Competencies Required:

• Familiarity with Contract Law: Familiar with structure and contact of Master Service Agreements (or similar), Statements of Work pertaining to services and indirect spend.
• Procurement or legal background preferred: Experience procurement supporting, indirect services, including but not limited to contingent labor or HR Services.
