Procurement Operations Buyer and Customer Assistance Center Agent (French and Turkish language) - Budapest
This role is for employees at the Procurement Centers that perform operative tasks, but not sourcing (no negotiation), and provides a consistent global process that consolidates purchase order processing and procurement support services in centralized locations around the world.
Involves consolidating low risk, low value, fast turn-around transactions and advising on supplier contracts to ensure that the company benefits from the best possible value and service from these quality suppliers.
- Manual order execution
- Purchasing goods and services on spot market according to requester input from pre-defined suppliers
- Interaction with requesters and suppliers about specifications, delivery issues and other queries
- Customer assistance (via phone and e-mail)
- Invoice handling: blocked invoice root cause analysis and handling
- Vendor database updates and maintenance
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent written and spoken French and Turkish
