For our multinational client we are looking for a Procurement Business Controls Manager.
The role will be responsible for all risk and control aspects relating to EMEA Procurement. - Ensure that existing processes and procedures are fully understood and implemented. - Identifying risks and advised on corrective action plans. - Provide subject matter expertise on all areas of Procurement Risk and Control. - Managing and running the quarterly Managers Controlled Assessment. - Implement clear and concise policies and procedures to all Regional and Country Procurement staff. - Owner of relationship with Internal Audit and Legal. Assisting in all audits and risk testing.
- University or college degree - Excellent written and spoken English - Proven track record in Procurement processes, Project Management and Risk Management - Ability to work remotely with stakeholders across a number of different countries - Knowledge of Anti Bribery and Corruption and Fraud risk pertaining to Procurement - Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills with strong influence
