Do you have leadership experience in a multinational environment?
We are looking for an experienced financial professional who would like to join the start-up excellence Hub of our multinational US based client.
• Establish and lead Procure To Pay processes • Ensure excellence in AP & Account Reconciliations while following internal controls • Contribute to transition related projects, migration and simplification initiatives • Manage and perform month-end closure activities to ensure submission to deadlines • Support the Monthly/ Quarterly Cash Flow forecasting with input from the AP team • Analyze financial transactions, determine accuracy, and ensure completeness and compliance to established policies & procedures and GAAP • Work closely with Global Leaders, Business Operations teams to ensure excellence • Interact and respond to internal and external auditor queries • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the local businesses
• Strong understanding of accounting processes • min 1-2 years shared service center experience leading a team • Advanced level of English • Proven ability to drive team performance with a strong team spirit • Engagement to optimize processes and increase efficiency • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges in fast-paced environment • High level of interpersonal skills and highly professional style when dealing with business • Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
