Main duties are in connection with actively taking part in the operation and further development of the Standard Based Management System structure of MOL Group.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Tracking and maintaining the best practice solutions that are available throughout the Group • Identifying potential additional synergies that may exist • Defining actionable steps and procedures on how to develop the Standard Based Management Systems of the Group further • Performing benchmark analysis of international best practices and how they compare to best practices used in MOL Group • Continuous iterative development of the system
• University degree • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Standard Based Management Systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISCC etc.) • Experience in introducing/auditing/developing Standard Based Management Systems in several companies • Self-starter attitude and systematic thinking • Fluent English
Project management experience and consulting (Big 4, Management Consultancy) experience are an advantage.
