BSc or MSc degree, IT degree is an advantage Intermediate English and German language knowledge Knowledge of ITIL foundation (Incident, Change Problem, Request management) Minimum 2 years experience in process management or IT operation, 2nd or 3rd level is an advantage Strong MS Office knowledge Analytical approach High problem solving skills and flexibility Creativity in own tasks and in conception elaboration of team tasks Advantage: International project experience, ITIL qualification, Visio and/or ARIS knowledge, SPS knowledge
