Multinational company providing financial and legal services to its clients is now looking for a Process Improvement and Business Development Manager .
- Define long-term organizational strategic goals - Make suggestions on the company in respect to the technological improvements to provide better services to clients - Map the company’s processes and provides ideas for improvement - Identify business opportunities - Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict colleagues’s future needs - Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services - Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions - Work together with the internal team and managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization - Strategic planning to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company - Attend to association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends - Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities
- University degree - 5 year experience in process improvement in an international/multinational company - Financial background, knowledge of financial services is highly required - Ability to work with people with different background (IT, marketing, finance, legal, etc.) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - ERP system knowledge is an advantage - Prospecting skills - Advanced level IT skills - Fluent English and Hungarian
