We are looking for a Process Improvement Expert to our client who is a leading international organisation in the field of operational leasing of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
- Analyse internal and external business processes - Make suggestions for improvement - Support and coordinate the implementaion of process changes - Manage and monitor complaint system - Provide periodic management reports - Introduce and check control points in the internal processes - Harmonize the working method with the other subsidiaries
Essential requirements: - College/University degree - 1-3 years of relevant working experience (controlling,quality/process management, business consultancy) - Fluent English - ARIS or a similar process management tool knowledge is an advantage - High IT system knowledge
