Our client, a multinational telecommunication company is looking for new colleagues.
The Problem Management Analyst's duty will be to:
- Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services - Ensure that such problems are fully documented within the relevant reporting system(s) - Conduct component failure impact analysis for specific Services and identify issues and opportunities for improvement - Conduct problem investigations - Analyse operational processes and incidents; identify alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches - Carry out risk assessment within a defined functional or technical area of business - Support the development of mitigations and contingency plans
- Understanding and use of analytical tools, techniques and behaviours - Experience in working with the Microsoft Excel package. - Experience in working with the Microsoft PowerPoint package. - Skill in understanding and interpreting numerical data in order to identify trends and patterns. - ITIL Foundation – Practitioner (desirable) - Cisco Certified Network Associate (desirable) - Fluent English
