Presentation & Communication Business Partner - Nordrhein-Westfalen

Job SummaryWorking within the Central Store Operations Department, partner with allocated business functions in order to:
• Act as the conduit between buying , merchandising, planning , marketing and Field Store presentation managers.
• Implement new business initiatives to stores with minimum disruption to trade and maximum benefit to long term store success.
• Provide consistent/improving levels of service to stores (eg. SLA's, business commitments.)
• Provide guidance and support to European and New Business Expansions to allocated business partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, store experience, field presentation managers and Store development to:

• Prepare weekly presentation documents and direction to stores and field management.
• Identify fashion trends and key looks through the buying partners to create trend guides and training materials for store and field teams.
• Write, implement and maintain a 'one touch' model store concept captured in Best Standards Practice (BSP) documentation, recommending updates as appropriate.
• Reinforcement of correct layout policies and procedures via BSPs, communication to store.
• Assess commercial trends and develop multi-departmental resources to streamline tasks, increase productivity and drive sales and profit.
• Share practices of high performing Stores to improve standards across the estate.
• Work with Business Partners to implement new commercial initiatives to stores and field (establishing project plans, priorities, timeframes, measures etc.), analysing the impact on stores, trade etc., providing education to field team where appropriate.
• Ensure all process and layout policy updates and initiatives that result in direct communication to stores and field is relevant, concise and timely.
• Articulate strategic vision for the function to the field and Business Partners
• Support European/New Business expansion with commercial presentation expertise

Key Skills, Knowledge Experience
• Excellent working knowledge of stores and field.
• Proven ability to establish self as credible business partner with broad range of business function.
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret impact of business initiatives on Stores.
• Proven experience operating as Assistant Manager or above
• Good working knowledge of Powerpoint and Word
