  • Advice of our national and international customers on task in the service desk environment
  • Analysis of customer requirements
  • Conduct of feasibility and risk analysis

  • Support the commercial management in the preparation of business cases ICTO, assessment of operational risks in the price- and negotiating sessions.
  • Internal analysis, calculation and planning of measures with the aim to increase the competitiveness of the GDU ISD
  • Preparation / execution of offer-presentations to decision-maker level of the Customer
  • Cooperation or sub-project lead in the due diligence to validation the current situation and the target concept in an outsourcing project. 
  • University or college degree / 2-5 year professional experiences
  • Wide Knowledge of the SPF Service Offering Portfolios of T-Systems
  • Pronounced Business administration knowledge and experience in sales and / or Sales Support
  • Wide knowledge in the implementation, operation and optimization of the modern SD structures in accordance with ITIL (infrastructure, tools, equipment, processes, human resources planning and controlling via KPI's, skill management )
  • High advisory and methodological skills combined with an analytical, solution-oriented approach
  • Sound knowledge of preparation of cost calculations and business plans
  • Strong knowledge of service desk trends and the competitive environment 
  • Experience in process improvement, and national and international services and cost optimization projects
  • Management experience or an appropriate leadership potential that you have acquired over the last few years 
  • Flexibility and international mobility
  • Willingness to deployments at various locations worldwide for several weeks
  • Independent and responsible work
  • High social competence in dealing with colleagues, even in critical situations and escalations -Load capacity and punctuality
  • Analytical and structured approach
  • Safe and competent appearance coupled with good manners with a strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to improve any missing knowledge and skills
  • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German and English with the corresponding security in communication with international customers and partners. 
  • Basic IT skills (ACD / IVR, PBX systems, ticketing systems)
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
