Based near Epsom, this new role requires an enthusiastic and creative individual looking to develop a career in PR. Relevant experience desirable e.g. internship/work experience.
As part of an expanding independent agency you'll have the chance to become involved in all aspects of the business, from media relations and account management to research and helping prepare for pitches to new clients.

The role of PR Account Executive is an integral part of Trinity PR and you will report directly into a Trinity PR director. You will play an important role in supporting and servicing existing clients and account teams, as well as helping to brainstorm, research and develop new business opportunities for the company.
- Media liaison & research; help to build Trinity PR's media network and databases, in particular to ensure that the company is up-to-speed with media changes, developments, contacts and any opportunities. Daily activities will include:
- scanning national newspapers
- monitoring and responding to online / email journalist resources such as 'Response Source' and, where appropriate distributing to colleagues
- filing and distributing client coverage
- issuing press materials and samples to journalists
- managing social media platforms for the agency e.g twitter & facebook & company website
Communication skills: help to manage incoming calls to the office from clients, journalists and suppliers and develop a confident and assured phone manner, gain confidence in contacting journalists proactively to sell-in client stories, gain experience in drafting appropriate external emails (e.g. clients / journalists)
Account handling; helping the account team to implement specific client projects including time planning, research, general administration, drafting written materials and client liaison
Administrative systems & IT skills; develop and implement administrative systems and IT skills to support and help the account management of clients, PR programmes and overall business goals eg. powerpoint presentations for new business
Written skills; develop strong written skills in order to draft a range of material for clients and Trinity PR including; press releases, feature articles, website copy, status and contact reports
Supporting the development of the company; understanding the overall direction of the business and have the ability and enthusiasm to help the company achieve its goals
Brainstorming; taking an active role in agency brainstorms in order to generate new ideas for client projects and PR programmes
New business research; helping to research and identify new business opportunities, preparing new business mailouts, proposal documents and if required, attending prospective meetings and pitchesLink megjelenítése" width="0" height="0" />
