POLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Customer Support Representatives provide professional support to the customers via telephone and e-mail.
- Handling incoming phone calls and e-mails in POLISH language
- Solving problems
- Data tracking
- Administration in the computer system
- Native or near-native POLISH language knowledge
- User level of MS Office applications
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Very good communication skills
- Customer orientated attitude
- Intermediate level English language knowledge
