- This role is responsible to create the governance framework to insure that all Procurement Programs are on track to meet business goals and objectives. - This includes developing and implementing top down targets, bottom up action plans and PMO content/metrics to insure transparency to progress. These include: SRT, Commercial Savings, WC, Complexity, Contract Management and all other projects and programs as identified by the CPO. - The role is also accountable for proactively identifying new opportunities to generate value for the company and presenting business case for improvement. - This role has the unique positioning to look across the organization and insure that we are appropriately connecting the work and initiatives. The individual should use this visibility to recommend organizational and process change.
- Relevant experience at least 5 years in a same role - Fluent English language knowledge - People management skills (will have 3 direct riports) - Process Improvement skills - Project Management experience - Stakeholder Management - Strategic Sourcing - Business Ethics and Compliance -
