Our Personal Banking Managers are experts in their field. Whether they're talking to customers over the phone or in our branches, they recommend the best available products to meet individual needs. They also bring their own ideas to help customers receive a better service and help the team perform better. It's up to them to make sure that every customer leaves the branch ready to recommend us to their family, colleagues and friends.
Take on the role and you'll be part of a team that looks to you for leadership and new business opportunities. So as well as being an expert, you'll need to be able to motivate and develop yourself along with others to make your local branch one of the best. We'll provide you with great training, so you don't need any financial services experience - you'll quickly pick up an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes. But we are looking for a track record of delivering great service, achieving targets, recognising sales opportunities and contributing to the overall performance of a team. You'll be supported by a manager who will set you objectives and then help you reach them. You'll also need to be willing to work on Saturdays.
