Personal Assistant
German and English Speaker Personal Assistant position is open at our multinational client who is starting up a brand new Service Centre in Budapest.

The purpose of the Personal Assistant role is to provide remote and local assistance from Budapest to 3-4 senior managers located in several countries around Europe.

The main responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

- Support organizational changes
- Organizing meetings and daily agenda of the managers
- Assist in daily processes in order to increase efficiency
- Meet any professional needs of the managers and proactively seeking opportunities to help them
- Liaise with foreign managers and stakeholders
- Arranging any business travels, booking hotels and flight tickets
- Any related administrative duties
- Create reports and analysis about the processes

In order to fulfil this position you need to have fluent knowledge of English and German language, experience in multinational environment along with excellent organising and multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate is an open, proactive and cheerful person. Experience as a Personal/General Assistant is a plus.
