  • Providing support to the director of the unit and to the team in the day to day management of their business, which encompasses both administrative and organisational tasks
  • Co-ordinating information flow and office facilities
  • Preparing monthly expense returns for directors
  • Co-ordinating the administration of departmental time-sheets
  • Managing accessibility to Director’s complex diary
  • Dealing with director’s post and e-mails efficiently
  • Organizing and arranging travels locally and overseas, coordinating with counterparts in other locations
  • Organizing conferences, workshops and events at both domestic and international level
  • Managing event budget, maximizing service level and ensuring fulfilling requirements
  • Organizing complex meetings and telephone/video conferences across different time zones
  • Co-ordinating the training related tasks, events and materials
  • Preparing presentations and slide shows
  • Assisting the daily operation of the team by arranging meetings, managing meeting rooms, taking care of visitors
  • At least 2 years in a Team Assistant or PA role at senior level
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently, excellent time management, able to set priorities
  • Confident usage of MS Office tools (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Experience with using Power Point
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in event management is an advantage
