Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, and contractors
- Expat services for non-Hungarian employees, including work permit, relocation.
- Prepare payroll and salary wiring
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process with reporting
- Have at least 2 years of experience in HR/finance assistance, administration
- Hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Finance/HR or similar
- Are an excellent communicator in English
- Are hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
- Can change gears on short notice and adapt to the new reality quickly and seamlessly
