People Advisor - Scotland

Location: Scotland (combination of home work with travel to allocated healthcare and retail locations)
Sue Ryder is one of the largest providers of specialist palliative and neurological care in the UK. Much of our funding comes from our growing network of shops. We are growing bigger and tackling ever more complex issues but we are evolving too, making radical change that will help us provide more complete and integrated services.
We have created an excellent opportunity for a People Advisor to join an evolving team. Your primary role will be to provide sound and up to date HR advice and support to employees and managers within the Retail and Health and Social Care Directorates in Scotland.
We need an experienced HR generalist who is at least part CIPD qualified with a good understanding of Scottish Employment Law and HR practices. As well as the ability to work independently when required, and a willingness to travel as a regular part of the role, you will also need to have excellent communications skills as you will be required to provide advice to employees and managers, often over the telephone.
We can offer benefits including 5 weeks holiday, pension scheme, child care vouchers.Link megjelenítése" width="0" height="0" />
