Payroll Team Manager
A Payroll Team Manager role is open at our multinational partner, who is operating in the IT sector and has a Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown. The aim of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the payroll processes in the EMEA region. As a Payroll Team Manager you will be responsible for managing employee related statistical reporting and ensuring that all records and accruals are prepared and reported correctly. You will participate in implementing the payroll processes in Hungary, reviewing and making suggestions for improvement. Working closely together with the HR team your tasks will include validating payroll files and ensuring the compliance with local legal requirements in the EMEA region. As a Team Manager you will lead a small payroll team, monitor their performance and provide regular evaluation sessions. You will also manage employee related statistical reporting and cooperate on audits with other departments.

The ideal candidate for this position has a degree in Finance/ Economics, 2-3 years of background in the field of payroll and at least 1-2 years of experience in leading the work of a team. Hungarian payroll knowledge and fluent English language knowledge, accuracy and good communication skills are also required.
