Payroll Specialist
A Payroll Specialist job is open at our multinational partner which operates with a small Shared Service Center in downtown Budapest and provides financial, master data and IT solutions to their affiliates all around the world.

To their growing payroll team they are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Execute day to day payroll data entry into SAP
• Process and work with Time and Attendance related transaction
• Process monthly payroll run in the European region, as well as calculating maternity, paternal and sickness leave in compliance with legal requirements
• Liaising with local HR teams, Time Administrators and IT consultants on a daily basis
• Process and reconcile monthly and yearly tax and social reporting
• Create annual tax declaration for employees
• Create yearly legal and statistical reports, analyse deductions and payments
• Balance, Reconcile and Run General Ledger interfaces after each payroll
• Prepare payroll related accrual files for Finance Department

The successful applicant for the Payroll Specialist needs to have:

• Min 2 years experience in payroll processing
• Overall understanding of payroll processes: from hiring until retirement
• Degree in Finance and/or HR.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Hungarian
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• Analytical skills
