Prohumán 2004 Kft, the market leader HR service provider of Hungary is seeking for to our team

  • Providing full-scale payroll services to the client, including end-of-year payroll processes
  • Payroll administration in connection with establishment / termination of employment relationship
  • Serving as a first point of contact for employee queries in payroll related questions
  • Ensuring reconciliation and validation of data
  • Working in accordance with the predefined payroll processing procedures and standards
  • Participating in the development of processes and procedures

  • Degree in Payroll administration
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
  • Excellent English knowledge is a must (written and spoken)
  • Relevant professional experience (in service provider sector is an advantage)
  • Client oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy, analytical mindset, strong attention to details
  • Organized and methodical work approach
