Payroll Executive

It is a great opportunity to join a genuinely global management and accounting outsourcing firm, with over 2,500 professionals working from 77 offices in 60 countries around the world. Their experienced Hungarian team is looking for an Payroll Executive


- Accurate and comprehensive payroll processing
- Social security benefits processing
- Preparation of various reports on the basis of the processed data;
- Preparation of monthly tax and social security returns
- Handling of original documentation (review, filing, copying, scanning)
- Strict adherence to the prescribed deadlines
- Communication with clients, consultants and colleagues in Hungarian and English
- Other payroll / HR compliance related activities


- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Relevant professional qualification (intermediate or higher level)
- Fluent english (both written and verbal);
- Excellent command of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Prior experience in NexonBér or another payroll software;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Problem solving, analytical and systematic thinking; ability to work independently
