Payroll and Tax Specialist

Our partner, a prestigous innovative multinational company is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist. The future colleague will be responsible for the execution of day to day payroll data entry and have other complex payroll, tax and social insurance related tasks at a dynamic, growing organization.



  • Provide the timely preparation of payroll related data, statistics, and other reports
  • Process garnishments, terminations, maternity, paternal, sickness leave calculation and related duties to comply with legal requirements
  • Balance, reconcile and run general ledger interfaces after each payroll
  • Prepare payroll related accrual files
  • Process and reconcile monthly and yearly tax and social reporing
  • Create anual tax declarations for employees
  • Making yearly legal and statistical reports
  • Monitor, communicate and test legal changes
  • Support coordination to schedule and conduct information sessions for managers and decision makers to explain payroll policies and procedures
  • University degree (Finance, Business or similar field)
  • At least three years experience in payroll processing preferably in service center environment
  • Strong English knowledge
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good analytical and communication skills
