Parts Operations Specialist

  • Manage daily operational issues (based on instructions)
  • Dealing with different daily reports like inventory snapshot, checking the discrepancies, etc
  • ERP related tasks: inbound/outbound check, production order change, etc.
  • Siebel related task: daily manual order updates
  • Return management: transportation organization, warranty return validation, inbound file update to the vendor, etc.
  • Inventory related administration: cycle count, partner inventory file analysis
  • Account follow up, financial administration


  • min. 1 year of relevant experience in a multinational environment (service delivery, supply chain management, after sales) is a MUST
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table report)
  • Stress-resistant personality
  • Accuracy, customer-focused attitude
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems


  • Dynamic, multinational environment in a human-size structure
  • High standard office in Budapest
