The Partner Support Representative (PSR) is in charge of delighting the Partner.
Product orders must be managed to ensure on time delivery. To be successful in this position, the candidate must want to exceed customer expectation and be passionate about delighting them. He/She must also be a proactive problem solver.
- Review credit limits and approve Sos
- Send sales order confirmation to the customers within specifiedSLA’s
- Update and maintain existing sales orders as required
- Support Shipping/Logistics department
- Collect all the signed shipping docs and save it on the server prior to invoicing
- Invoicing and follow-up with partners to confirm receipt of sales invoices sent out
- Archive all the documents for audit purposes
- Reporting business and process metrics
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field with preferably 2 years of experience in a channel / Retail Org
- Mastery of Excel and other MS Office software
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Experience in Order Management, 1 year
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Familiarity with NetSuite CRM or other cloud based systems
- Superior communication– written, oral and listening
