Part-time Employee Services Representative
Our client, who is a leading multinational company within the beauty industry is offering an outstanding opportunity to join their dynamic team. This is a new role within the company due to expansion and growth. To their new Employee Services Representative the company offers a friendly and professional work environment and the opportunity to start immediately.

As an Employee Services Representative your main duties will include:
- Supporting the HR departments and employees of European offices
- Providing guidance regarding HR related questions and queries via phone and email
- Updating employee data in the system as per requests
- Providing excellent customer service to employees

You are an ideal candidate for this role if you would like to work part-time (20 hours/week) and have an interest in a career in administration, HR or Customer Service. 1-3 years of professional experience in Customer Service or IT helpdesk or HR administration will be considered an advantage, but students/fresh graduates are also welcome. Fluent English and German/French language skills are essential for this role.
On the job trainings will be provided as required.
