P2P Quality Assurance Team Leader (PJ3459)
What you will do:
- Driving and monitoring the daily work of the Purchase to Pay Quality Assurance Team
- People management (5 employee)
- Escalation handling
- Daily support for Global Process Leads
- Manage adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) defined for the team
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the team are met
- Support for other departments
- Supervise and continuously improve the invoice booking process
- Conduct the root cause analysis and identify, promote and implement initiatives to improve the P2P process.
- 4+ year Account Payable (AP) experience
- People management experience
- Fluent English AND German language knowledge
- Good analytical, problem solving skills
