P2P Helpdesk assistant
Our multinational partner has a continuously growing shared service center and looking for energetic and talented people for the position of Accounts Payable analyst.

The responsibilities are the following:

- Helpdesk by e-mail and phone for procurement and payment related queries - Utilizing ticketing system for incoming requests - Handling basic contract related queries - Managing vendor clearing - Investigating and reverse non-successful payments - Supporting and reporting invoice resolution - Reviewing payment proposal

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably procurement area)
- strong problem solving skills,
- team-player attitude
- fluent English language knowledge 
- you are open to work in afternoon schedule from 5 PM to 2 AM
