Their Budapest based SSC is establishing a new Business Unit and therefore is looking for experienced Professional preferably in Procurement or in SSC Administration.
- Helpdesk by e-mail and phone for procurement and payment related queries
- Utilizing ticketing system for incoming requests
- eSourcing helpdesk by e-mail and phone
- Contract concierge; handling basic contract related queries
- Managing vendor clearing
- Investigating and reverse non-successful payments
- GR/IR and GITR accounts review and reconciliation
- Handling vendor and internal invoice queries: by the phone, by e-mail and Correspondence
- Supporting and reporting invoice resolution
- Reviewing payment proposal
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position (preferably procurement area)
- Excellent written and spoken command in English
- Experience in supplier relationship management
- Familiar with ticketing tools
- Good numeric and analytical skills
- React to problems fast and easily
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good at time management (high sense of urgency)
- Open to work in afternoon schedule from 5 PM to 2 AM
