OTC Coordinator

  • Provide guidance to the team and support to other team members, assist in the resolution of queries
  • Act as a focal point within the team providing guidance
  • Coach, mentor and support other team members
  • Supervise the team on execution of the AR Invoicing and Billing activities
  • Support the team leader in evaluation processes
  • Manage timesheet and annual leave administration
  • Maintain invoice reconciliations for revenue billings
  • Work closely with sales and finance teams to resolve billing and contract issues
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • University or college degree (preferably in finance or accounting)
  • Fluency in English
  • Min. 2 years of experience in the field of AR/OTC
  • Min. 1 year of experience in people management tasks
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Fluency in any other language
  • SAP knowledge
