One of our multinational client is searching for an OTC Manager for its regional center based in Budapest.
- Lead, coach and motivate the Order to Cash team - Monitor the team’s performance against deliverables set in the Service Levels Agreements - Organise and follow-up on staff education - Work closely and effectively with all internal customers and with all levels of the organisation involved in the OtC processes. - Being the main point of contact and deal with all issues and problems encountered in the day-to-day operations. - Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for OtC processes in liaison with the Finance Services Lead, the Global Credit Manager and other global stakeholders.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting / Controlling - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an Order to Cash role, thereof in a team-leading or supervision position - Full knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes with the focus on Credit Management, Collections and Accounts Receivables - Sound knowledge of SAP and other technical environment - Fluent English is a must (additional European language knowledge is a plus) - Experience in process improvement / process excellence initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
