Order Management Team Leader
- Managing the Order Support team
- Ensuring timely resolution of Service Requests
- Proactively develop the skills,knowledge of team members
- Analyze the identified Service reports
- Develop and monitor KPI aligned to the SLA
- University/college degree
- Fluent in English and German/French
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in order or supply chain management
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a team leader role
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Excellent communication and problem solving and analysis skills
- Team builder attitude
- Experience in transition management is an advantage
