Our multinational client is a prestigious Telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for Order Management Specialists.
• Receiving and processing orders from Sales, Audit and Order entry,
• Managing customer orders through to full implementation, escalating where necessary to achieve Customer Commitment Date,
• Updating systems to record order-tracking actions,
• May doing proactive jeopardy management,
• Providing process improvement input wherever possible.
- Fluent English and one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian,
- Customer Service experience,
- College or University degree,
- Customer-oriented attitude, commercial sensibility,
- Motivated, open minded, creative, flexible, dynamic personality with strong drive for efficiency and development,
- Ability to solve problems, organized, methodical, objective, self-starter and proactive
