ORDER MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE (FRENCH SPEAKING, 1 YEAR FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for Our Multinational Partner for the following role:
Job function:
Manage EMEA Order to Cash activities, from Customer Account Creation until Cash Collection, for a group of Customers

Tasks:

  • Ensure the proper level of Service is provided to the Country, in accordance with corporate policies and SOX rules.
  • Secure Country revenue by making sure orders are placed and released in due time and that Customer Claims are properly handled.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applying to the department's activities
  • Actively understand/analyse Country and Customer requirements.
  • Manage the orders of their own customer portfolio (Business channels & Retailers) and follow the order up to the delivery to the customer warehouse as per customer expectations.
  • Track orders and manage day to day communication with customers for all order management topics.
  • Make sure to provide a high level of service to the customers while optimizing the company revenue.
  • Ensure that commercial terms and conditions are applied by the customers and propose corrective actions if not
  • Manage customer claims and returns
  • Manage the order operations in accordance with corporate policies and processes.
  • Closely communicate with the various functions of the company across the world (Europe, Asia).
  • Support the transfer of some activities to/from other locations if needed
  • Ensure that Cash is properly collected to secure DOS in line with targets collaborating with the Cash Collection person in their role
  • Actively provide support to initiatives impacting Order to Cash Operation

Requirements:

  • University Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration
  • 1-3 years' experience in SALES ADMINISTRATION / ORDER TO CASH / CSR / CASH COLLECTION
  • Fluent in ENGLISH and FRENCH
  • MS Office skills
  • Good Communication & interpersonal skills
  • SAP experience in Supply Chain modules would be a plus
  • Apics CPIM certification is an advantage
