We are looking for a
Order Handling Specialist


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good written and oral communication in English and Italian, any additional language is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Exchange and PowerPoint), knowledge of Oracle is an asset
  • Commercial background is an advantage

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order entry in Oracle order management system
  • Invoices consignment orders
  • Enters credit notes in Oracle related to complaint handling
  • Follows up on all backlog orders and informs Customer Service team
  • Builds up relationship with consignment contact persons
  • Prepares price lists

The job is located in Székesfehérvár.
