To process customer orders and be the point of contact for customer requests: to monitor order status and to keep customer informed of status, to crate and maintain good working relationship with customer
- Manage a department who is first point of contact for internal customers
- Monitor daily processing of customer orders
- Provide internal communication and escalation channels as part of weekly / monthly meetings among the parts of Supply Chain
- Monitor order book status, make necessary actions to resolve systematic failures in order processing
- Reporting KPI figures and escalating issues to appropriate level
- Ensure customer service on target
- Economic graduation complemented with logistics/administration
- 4+ years working experiences within Customer Service or Order Desk
- 1+ year experience in Team Leader position
- Knowledge of transportation, experience within export business
- Very good English knowledge
- Good understanding of processes and products
- Good communication skills and problem solving
- Customer and target oriented
