  • As a member of a wider Financial Management team, Operative Leader role of the Timewriting Support subteam (professional position – not equivalent to a Line Manager role!)
  • End to end responsibility for the Timewriting Support service, which is the basis of financial management activities
  • Acting as the Single Point of Contact towards the international management
  • Coordinating the daily activities of a multi-located team: full time employees and trainees at more sites in Hungary plus close cooperation with members of the international team
  • Ensuring that the service related KPIs are met by the team
  • Handling escalations and issues related to the service
  • Providing regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Supporting and developing the team members
  • Owning process documentation, responsibility for keeping the documentation up-to-date and for identifying and realizing process improvements
  • Participating in project activities (service updates / improvements / extensions)
  • Keeping contact with the management level, organizing or participating in meetings and training / knowledge sharing sessions
  • University/college degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience gained in international environment in a relevant position (e.g. team coordinator, service request management or reporting)
  • Advanced level English, intermediate level German is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills, used to create Excel/PPT based reports
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in a multi-located virtual team
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to cope with stress
