We are looking for internal candidates to fill our Operations Training Specialist position with work located in Budapest!
•Coordinates training activity on plant level based on related procedures in accordance with business- and training professional requirements
•Ensures training system and standard compliance at all time, including internal and external audits
•Tracks and reports information by reviewing employee training records for current licenses, certificates, and renewals, maintaining records of mandatory training, maintaining up to date training file.
•Ensures employees are trained and certified based on process requirement in a timely manner
•Monitors and follows-up certification and refreshment activities.
•Delivers refreshment of induction training and other training programs to assigned employees
•Conducts classroom training and ensures on-line training enrolled
•Maintains business relationships with management liaisons to ensure feedback on process and results of the training are incorporated into the ongoing curriculum.
•Evaluates training to ensure effectiveness and that associates have the necessary skills to perform job duties.
•At least college degree required
•Work experience in training area
•Experience in manufacturing and / or repair business environment
•Excellent verbal and written skills in English
•Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•Excellent organizational & communication skills;
•Pro-activity, Self-Initiative; Flexibility
•Sense of urgency and customer service oriented
•Experience in auditing will be considered a plus
