Operations Maturity Champion

We are looking for candidate for the following position:


Operations Maturity Champion




  • Facilitate and ensure compliance to all components of OM framework by delivery teams
  • Own and drive engagement level DMI and CSAT
  • Support delivery teams in the ideation of continual service improvement themes and provide ongoing support and mentoring in the execution using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma and TRIZ
  • Ensure compliance of engagements with the ISO 20000 standard throughout its tenure
  • Ensure compliance to IT IS Process Space, support delivery during periodic audits and for closure of audit findings
  • Conduct process health check assessments to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and support delivery in closing the gaps
  • Enable delivery teams to comply with IT IS metrics framework and delivery performance review process in line with IT IS Process Space
  • Support delivery teams in identifying risks, conducting causal analysis and planning mitigation
  • Conduct training programs on ISO 20000, IT IS Process Space and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow belt)
  • Assess the relevance of best practices implemented in various engagements across the practice and support delivery teams in implementing the same in their specific engagements
  • Participate in customer governance reviews as required by the delivery teams




  • 4-7 years of experience in the field of quality management
  • A good command of English, written and spoken is a must
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Solution oriented personality
  • Experience in in an international environment and further IT experience or IT degree is an advantage
  • Green Belt certification, ITIL Foundation
