Duties:    Duties:
· Evaluate contract variation forms and feasibility requests, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
· Act as a coordination point for complex Incidents, directing key players to ensure resolution and recovery for high profile Customer issues
· Support the Customer Relationship Manager to provide a summary view of Service and progress on high priority issues
· Work closely with the Service Operations teams, providing visibility of new business and changing requirements
· Manage supplier contracts ensuring that performance is in line with the agreed SLA/OLA, ensuring value for money
· Orchestrating remote site repair where required
· Provide support to maintain ISO certificate and continuously seek to improve operational working practice, process and procedure
· Tasking suppliers and smart hands to undertake work on platforms
Ensure all appropriate documentation is delivered and maintained to the ISO9001 standard
Requirements, skills:    Requirements, skillls:
· 3 years' experience in an IT Supplier Management or IT Service Operations role
· ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
· Ability to interpret technical design and translate this to clear business/service orientated language, providing clear and simple analysis to Senior Management teams and Customers
· High level of influencing and negotiation skills, with experience in commercial contract management an added advantage
· Self-starter, able to work to tight timescales and with an ability to motivate others
· Fluency in Dutch and English
· Experience and/or technical qualifications in IT support areas (OS/Infrastructure, Database, Citrix etc.) would be an advantage
· Self-Starter, with an ability and/or experience in/of Project Management methodology
· Formal contract or commercial management and / or experience of working in this environment
· Educated to degree standard (Degree or IB), preferably BSc in Computer Science or related subject
· ITIL V3 Expert certification
Known languages:    Fluency in Dutch and English
