Online Content Manager - London

The Online Content Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the online store, remerchandising categories and home pages to drive conversion, highlighting new ranges, promotions and seasonally relevant products.
The role's main missions include:
Build weekly and monthly content planning for UK, Germany and France landing and category pages
Suggest featured collection pages based on seasonal product plan
Brief design team on content updates and follow up on implementation of content
Ensure the constant availability and up to date accuracy of all content on the website
Work closely with Allocation Manager to ensure that key products and lines are featured and pushed throughout the desktop and mobile site.
Communicate with other areas of the business such as Marketing and Visual Merchandising to align with corporate activity
Day to day website management including: Product catalogue maintenance, Navigation, Filter management, Cross and up selling tool, Optimization of internal search
Audit all areas of the site, keeping a log of all errors and corrective action
Improve conversation rate on underperforming products against offline performance
Use website analytics data to help further optimize web content and enhance the user experience in key content areas
Work cross-functionally to identify problem areas in the customer journey and develop content testing plans that utilize tools (e.g. A/B testing) to optimize the customer experience and drive continuous improvement

Profile's requirements
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in eCommerce, with proven track record in managing and implementing content and content processes. A Fashion retail background is preferable, but not required.
