For one of our multinational partner we are looking for an experienced Office/Order Manager into their Budapest based office.
The new colleague will be responsible for wide range of administrative support related tasks and also managing customer orders and follow them up to the delivery. Besides the classic office management the main focus is on: - order management - monitor and maintain stock levels - managing shipments - invoicing - closely communicates with the various functions of the Company
We are looking for an experienced assistant who has the ability to work with a high level of professionalism, proactivity and flexibility.
MUST HAVE: - college or university degree - min 1-2 years experience in office and/or order management - technical affinity - fluent English knowledge - flexible and hard-working attitude - organized, reliable and dynamic personality NICE TO HAVE: - experience with Navision system
