Our client, a prestigious environmental commodities trader company is seeking an energetic Office Manager to join their Budapest office.

The Office Manager will be responsible for
- managing the operation of the office
- organising company events, arranging business trips
- providing assistance to the management
- participating in HR and marketing activities
- supporting the invoicing activities
- handling office supplies and incoming emails / phone calls.

For the successful application, you will have to acquire a University / College degree and 1-3 years relevant working experience in a similar position. Fluent English and strong MS office skills are essential. The ideal candidate has strong multi-tasking and communication skills and a cheerful, helpful personality combined with an open-minded attitude.
