Office manager position is open at our multinational client.

The role of office manager is to manage the operational activities of the office and ensure smooth running of all back-office processes connected to daily work.

The main responsibilities of the Office manager:
• Ordering any necessary office supply, including office equipment,
• Ensuring the maintenance of the office, and managing tasks related to facility management,
• Organising company events,
• Keeping contacts and negotiation with servicing partners
• Any related administrative duties

We are searching for candidates with at least 3 years of experience gained in office management, intermediate level of English and fluent level of Hungarian language skills in both written and oral format, furthermore excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is reliable, responsible and has a great practise in overall office management.
