Our client is an international law firm. Currently they are looking for an Office Manager. This position comprises a broad field of responsibilities within accounting, finance and general administration and includes an international component. • Cash- and liquidity management in close relation with the Finance Director in group headquarters • Handling all accounting matters in cooperation with group headquarters • Reporting to and cooperation with internal and external clients • Continuous improvement of finance processes in the Hungarian office • Local support to the group controlling • Support to several finance projects • Business operations tasks • Human resources administration and reporting in cooperation with headquarters
• Graduate in economics with majors in finance and accounting or similar level of education • 2 – 4 years of experience • Experience in an international environment • Excellent data-processing and Excel knowledge • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) • Strong numeric, analytical and communication skills • Quick grasp, out-of-the-box thinking and commitment
