Office Managment


  • support of purchasement
  • documentation of delivery processes  (delivery note, invoice etc…)
  • create the monthly report for the bookkeeper

Office Management

  • taking care of the daily resources / supplies
  • operation of the switchboard
  • administration of safety & health tasks in the company
  • handling of packaging and environmental tax
  • handling the daily post / prepare the outgoing post
  • administer our supplier and customer folders
  • support of HR and logistic related tasks


  • fluent business English and Hungarian in written and oral form
  • minimum 3 years office related professional experience
  • excellent negotiation and teamwork skills
  • high working knowledge of Microsoft softwares


  • fluent German in written and oral form
  • relevant experience in a manufacturing company
  • proof of self confident handling of international business
  • commercial experience in the tasks written above
